The reason for this is because a leader who has been with the company that long or founded it has a specific vision in mind and commitment level to the business. The first thing I look for is a founder CEO or a CEO that has been there for 10 years or longer at the company. When we invest in companies we really are investing our money in the capabilities of people that create and grow businesses.
